Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its journey back to our base.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
